Water is essential for all functions in the body and comprises 65 to 75 percent of the body.
   
Water helps you to maintain body temperature, metabolize body fat, aids in digestion, transports nutrients, and flushes toxins from your body.
   
Water hydrates the skin and gives it a clear, healthy and vibrant complexion.
   
Everyone should drink at least 64 ounces of water everyday.
